Just had the most fantastic meal here. Delicious Lamb Balti, special naan (exceptional!) and an exquisite vegetable side (Shobji Chorchori). Absolutely wonderful! And a shout out to the staff (Sammy!) who were all brilliant. If you’re in town, give this place a go, you will NOT be disappointed
The restaurant had distinctive atmosphere, and I was immediately in India. The food was served piping hot, which was a definite plus for me. However, the taste itself was just average, leaving me a bit disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire meal. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the food could use some improvement and it was qute hot in there which did not added to it. Even beer was cooled poorly.
Probably the best chicken dhansak sauce I have ever had. If the chick was a little more moist then it would be perfection. Service was efficient but without much warmth. I wish they were in our town.
I have been coming to this restaurant since the mid 1970’s, throughly enjoying every meal. Tonight’s mixed kebab starter followed by a fish Chot Poti Khana and a mixed chicken and lamb Methi Kasuri was no exception… An absolute pleasure…. Highly recommended.
Food was excellent and will definitely be going again. Only thing was the waiter seem to be in a rush with how he threw our Food at us then we must have been asked at least 5 times did we want another drink must be on a bonus.
